Sampling Process​

Share Your Design Inspiration

Please send us your designs in any format — sketches, physical samples, or detailed drawings, clear screenshots, or images of the style or garment you want us to recreate. These will be used to create your custom pattern. If available, include measurements to speed up the process.

Choose Your Fabric

Let us know which type of fabric you would like the sample to be made in (e.g., cotton, rayon, linen, polyester, etc.). If you're unsure, we can recommend options based on your design.

Specify the Size

Tell us what size you want the sample to be produced in. You can also send specific measurements if you have them.

Choose the Colour

If your sample is in a solid (plain) colour, please let us know the exact colour you want. You may send a reference image or mention a standard colour code.

Provide Print Details (if applicable)

If your design involves a print:
Let us know what type of print you want (e.g., floral, abstract, geometric).
  • Send a clear image or screenshot of the print you like.
  • If you want to make any modifications to the print, such as changing the colour, scale, or elements, please inform us in detail.
    We can customize any print or colour as per your request!

    • Fabric & Print Preview

    Once we finalize your colour or print, we will send you clear images of the selected fabric with the actual print or colour applied — so you know exactly what to expect.

    Pattern Creation & Stitching

  • We will proceed to cut and stitch the sample according to the pattern and specifications you've provided.
  • Lead Time: 10–15 working days. If the sample isn’t approved, we offer one free revision (2nd sample) if a bulk order follows.

    • Branding

    Your custom label or brand tag will be added to the garment, if provided.

    Sample Completion

    Your custom sample is now ready!

    Final Review & Delivery

    We will send you a detailed video of the final sample for your approval. After confirmation, the sample will be shipped to your address.

    Get a Price Estimate

    We’ll review your design and provide an estimated price within 3–4 business days.
    Note: This is an estimate only. Final pricing will be confirmed after the sample is completed and approved.
  • Final production pricing will be provided once samples are approved.

    • Sample Charges

    Each sample costs $30 USD.
    This amount will be deducted from your bulk order total if you proceed with production.

    We source all the necessary materials based on your design, including:
  • Fabric
  • Buttons
  • Zippers
  • Labels

    Covers the work done by skilled professionals to:
  • Cut the fabric
  • Sew and assemble the sample
  • Ensure proper fit and finish
  • Printing (digital, screen, etc.)
  • Embroidery or other special finishes
  • Other required trims or accessories…

    These costs ensure your sample is made accurately, using the right materials and craftsmanship.

    • Bulk Production

    Once samples are approved and an order is confirmed:
  • We move forward with mass production.
  • Our manufacturing facilities can efficiently handle large volumes, starting from just 150 pieces per design.
  • A 40% deposit is required to begin production.
  • Balance is due before shipment or upon shipping document confirmation.
  • Pre-production and shipping samples (TOP samples) must be confirmed at the time of order.
  • Labels, packaging materials, and trims must be provided when placing the order.
  • Lead Time: Usually 30–45 working days (depending on the order size and details).

    • Shipping & Delivery

    Once production is complete, we’ll arrange shipment.
  • You may use your own shipping provider or choose ours.

  • Shipping terms: EXW, FOB, DDP, etc.
  • Full after-sales support is included.
  • Timely delivery.
