Our standard payment terms are 40% advance and the remaining balance before shipment.
What garments do you make?
We produce all types of womenswear: dresses, tops, skirts, pants, jumpsuits, etc.
Do you offer sourcing services?
Yes! We offer free sourcing for fabrics and trims. Just send your requirements, and we’ll update you 2-3 days.
How long does production take?
Usually 4-5 weeks. Repeat orders take 7–20 days depending on quantity. This applies to orders that don't involve custom fabric development or special finishing.
Is your factory ethical?
Yes. We ensure fair wages, no child or forced labor, safe conditions, and regular equipment checks. Transparency is key, and we welcome customer visits.
Do you work with third-party suppliers?

What’s needed to get a quote?

Is the quote final?
No, it's an estimate. Final price is confirmed after sample approval.
Do I need to provide a full measurement chart?
Preferred, but basic middle-size measurements (e.g., bust, waist, hips) are also fine. We’ll do the grading.
How fast can I get a quote?
Same day if all info is provided. Special fabrics may need an extra day.

Do I need to provide a tech pack or real sample?
Either one is helpful. You can also send photos or ss or CAD files.
What do you need to make a sample?
A reference design and preferred size. We'll handle the rest.
How long does sample making take?
The lead time is typically 7-8 days after all details are finalized, depending on the style and number of samples required.
What’s the sample cost and how to pay?
The sample fee, which is only applicable to new clients, is $30. and is refunded upon placing a bulk purchase. Pay via wire transfer or PayPal. Shipping is extra.
Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes, it will be deducted from your bulk order payment.
What if the first sample isn’t right?
We’ll make a second one after receiving clear revision instructions.
Do you send fabric/print options with samples?
